Are you ready to level up, players? Take yourselves to the next step as “VA-RPG: To The Next Level” is launching soon!

Gear up and get ready for a fun exciting adventure! The Center for Visual Arts (CFVA) proudly presents this year’s Visual Arts (VA) Week– a thrilling adventure lasting from November 25 to 29, at St. Paul College Pasig (SPCP). Are you excited to know what this game has in store for us?

This comes with various features to help elevate your gameplay such as “Astralis: Merchandise Selling”, a merchandise selling event from November 25 to 29 during recess, lunch, and dismissal at the Pere Chauvet Hall (PCH), where various artists have gathered to promote their works to level up your daily clothing and accessories. However, take note that these shops will be closed during Monday (Recess), Tuesday (Recess and Lunch), and Dismissal on Thursday and Friday.

When your gear is complete, leveling up your skills would be the next task. Introducing “Art Expo: Into The Valley”, a career talk open to all students on November 28 and 29, from 4:00 to 5:30 PM, at the Demo Room 1 (for Digital Arts and Photography classes) and LRC Arts Hall (for Visual Communications and Fashion Design classes), featuring various sages such as Selena Joaquin for Photography, George Lucero for Calligraphy, Lorraine De Jesus for Animation, and Astrud Agustin for Fashion Design. Take note, that all students of CFVA are required to attend to learn the tales these grandmasters have to tell them.

But stories of victories are not the only way to level up. Battles and contests are also a useful way, and this game just has that. Presenting “Artist Showdown: Unleash Your Creative Spirit”, an art contest on November 28, to bring out the student’s competitive sides. All High School students are welcome to join, and the winners will be prized with 1,000 pesos for first 1st place, 750 pesos for 2nd place, and 500 for 3rd. All submissions will be thoroughly judged by the CFVA Core Officers, GIFT Team Leader (GTL), and GIFT Instructors with a selected criteria to be followed.

Once you’ve finished your adventure, a rightful recognition is up for you. Introducing “PreVAil: A Story of Hopes and Dreams”, which is an art gallery hosted from November 25–28 on Center for Visual Art’s respective accounts, to showcase the players’ skills in expressing the problems the world is facing. This event is open to all students regardless of their gift class. Lastly, this game also has an event to choose an avatar created by a nominated player, which will be featured in the Center for Visual Art’s social media accounts, to show recognition for the artist’s work. Presenting Artist Feature, an online event hosted throughout the VA week where players can choose fellow players.

But hey, there’s more! From November 25 to 29, various bands will also be performing at the Pere Chauvet Hall (PCH) such as Curvyspines, Nightingale, Marahuyo, and Hermosa, so be sure to check them out.
