StrEATscape 2025: Finding Artistry in Every Meal
Written by: Milo Enriquez
A taste of high society and luxury is making its way to St. Paul College Pasig this January 25–26, 2025 at the Pere Chauvet Haul (PCH) from 11 AM to 4 PM through Center for Culinary Arts’ Talent Fest, StrEATscape 2025: Garden of Bellaria.
Headed by Lana Quibuloy and Ashley Salgado, the center’s President and Secretary respectively, this event aims to showcase the artistry and talents that each Culinary Arts student has worked to develop and hone in on. “The food being served is a reminder that it takes time and effort to be able to create such dishes, that there is art in the food we eat, [because] each flavor and ingredient used is like part of a painting,” says Quibuloy.
Taking inspiration from the ‘Bridgerton’ series, the event promises the atmospheric grandeur of the Regency Era and comfort of freshly made meals. From Barako Cream Profiteroles to Sisig Puffs, esteemed guests can expect to find their appetites fulfilled by StrEATscape’s curated menu of delights, built on traditionally Pinoy flavors and enhanced into an elegant feast fit for the ton.
The menu isn’t the only thing that Paulinians can feast their senses on, however, as the center has also put together an exquisite lineup of guest performers for both days of the event, ensuring enjoyment across all sensations.
